25 minutes over the phone + a 35-minute e-mail session: equivalent to a
one-hour classroom lesson.
• Telephone course
25 minutes over the phone.
• Conversation by telephone
25 minutes over the phone.
One-to-one courses
Individual intensive courses, or intensive courses for small groups of 2 to
6 persons registering together for the same course, over several full days or
half days.
Location: a business centre in Pau, or, in the context of Further Training, the
courses can take place in your company premises, in or near Pau.
One-to-one courses + personal work
A combination of one-to-one intensive full days or half days with several
hours of personal work.
VIP courses
Individual intensive courses, or intensive courses for small groups of 2 to
6 persons registering together for the same course.
Location: Pau: Parc Beaumont Hotel****, Villa Navarre Hotel****, Palais
Beaumont Congress Centre.
Linguistic lunches / teas /coffees
Oral language practice in an informal and relaxed atmosphere at lunchtime in
a restaurant in Pau or over a cup of tea or coffee in a café in Pau.
These different types of courses can be combined into very flexible formulas.
For example:
- one intensive full day or half day per week / fortnight / month and two
telephone or telephone + e-mail lessons per week,
- one "linguistic coffee" and one telephone or telephone + e-mail lesson per
week,
- an individual one-to-one intensive course and linguistic lunches.
N.B. Further training and DIF courses: the sessions for the telephone courses
and the conversation by telephone courses are 30-minute sessions.
French as a foreign language courses
Our French as a foreign
language courses are specially
designed for each participant,
according to his/her level, needs
and aims. They are modulated
throughout the course to adapt
them to each person's progress.
The teaching covers the four
competencies: oral comprehension,
written comprehension, oral
expression, written expression. The
communicative approach facilitates
the acquisition of syntactic
structures, vocabulary and
pronunciation (phonetics and
intonation).
Levels: beginner, elementary,
intermediate, advanced, mastery
(A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) according
to the competency scale defined by
the Council of Europe (Common
European Framework of Reference
for Languages).
